Space Seeds Are Landing

The seeds from space that Plumcroft children will be responsible for growing will be touching down next week!

On Monday the 18th of April the school will be receiving its very own Rocket Seeds . We will be sent two packets of rocket seeds, one of which has been in orbit for several months on board the International Space Station (ISS) with Tim Peake. Our job will be to encourage all the seeds, from both packets to germinate and take very careful measurements as they grow. We wont know which ones have been into space until the experiment is over.

To find out more about this experiment or Tim Peake's mission check out the European Space Agencies website.
